Keith Bentz

Keith Bentz is a master trainer, training designer, and trainer of trainers. In his 26 years in the field of experiential education, he has personally led trainings for more than 60,000 men and women in the United States, Europe, Asia and South America.
Keith completed his undergraduate and graduate work at Stanford University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He began his career as a university instructor, teaching philosophy and literature at Stanford and Boston Universities before entering the training field.
Keith is certified as a Lead Trainer for Discovery and Breakthrough, wrote and designed ChoiceCenter''s 4-day Men's Retreat, and is certified by the legendary George Leonard to train The Samurai Game®. He also wrote and designed ChoiceCenter's 6-month business training called The Business Challenge, and will debut a new course called Source in 2011.
Keith designs and leads business trainings for a wide range of U.S. corporations, including AT&T, Nike, Intel, Cathay Pacific, Unilever, IBM, Nestle Foods, and Sheraton Hotels.
Dr. Jorge Haddock

Breakthrough trainer Dr. Jorge Haddock is the Dean of the School of Management at George Mason University. A professor who teaches graduate and undergraduate level courses in Executive MBA and Distance Education, Jorge has also served as Dean of the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, and as Associate Dean and Professor in the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Jorge earned his academic degrees from the University of Puerto Rico (UPR), Rensselaer, and Purdue University. He has authored or co-authored over 70 publications and books. Through his work in academics and experiential leadership education, he has consulted with many multi-national corporations, including Citicorp, Citibank, Michelin, and Jiffy Lube, and his research has been funded by notables like Kodak, General Motors and General Electric.
Among his many accolades, Jorge was honored as New York State Hispanic Educator of the Year. Jorge has worked as a Breakthrough trainer at ChoiceCenter for more than 10 years.

Discovery trainer Dr. Rob Katz holds an engineering degree from MIT and earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science at UNC Chapel Hill.
A trainer of leadership and personal development education for more than 15 years, Rob has personally worked with close to 10,000 people around the country, including Fortune 100 executives, multi-millionaires, best-selling authors, and professional athletes.His mission in life is to empower people to live their dreams in a way that impacts not only their lives but also the lives of the communities around them.
Rob is also a successful entrepreneur, playing key roles in several high-tech start up ventures in addition to his own cognitive-based research that develops methods that make computer graphics look more realistic. Chris is fluent in Spanish and English, and delivers

Robert Pleasants
Teen Leadership Trainer
Robert Pleasants is a Teen Leadership and adult Leadership Legacy trainer for ChoiceCenter. Based in Virginia Beach, Robert holds a degree in Communications from Georgia State, and has been delivering transformational trainings since 1988.
For more than 20 years, Robert has consistently delivered hundreds of three- to five-day workshops on various topics relating to contemporary human potential. In Teen Leadership, Robert co-facilitates with a certified professional counselor.
In addition to his work with ChoiceCenter, Robert has been certified to train for the National Coalition Building Institute; the Georgia State Bar Association (mediation); the Dekalb County School System (largest school system in Georgia); the United Way; The Carter Center; and a number of private corporate and personal development training companies.
