Meet The Coaches
	Robyn Williams Master Coach & Trainer Robyn Williams (LV1) is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ChoiceCenter Leadership University. She is a professionally trained Master Facilitator and a Master Coach who specializes in Leadership and Business development. Robyn has logged more than 46,000 hours training and coaching over the last 14 years. Her passion lies in continually elevating ChoiceCenter's leadership development coursework, using experiential technology to keep curriculum on the cutting edge. Robyn designs and delivers custom business trainings for corporations throughout the U.S., and has an impressive coaching clientele that includes an NBA team owner, multiple Fortune 500 C-level executives, casino resort owners, seven-figure entrepreneurs, restaurant owners, investment bankers, developers, doctors, and artists, to name a few. Robyn works with a total of 8 personal coaching clients at a time, which often creates a waiting list for her expertise. Robyn founded ChoiceCenter in Las Vegas in 1998 after attending an effectiveness workshop that so inspired and empowered her with results she pursued her passion to make a difference by launching ChoiceCenter in her community. Prior to opening ChoiceCenter, Robyn was a successful entrepreneur and has owned her own companies for more than 25 years.
	Corrine Clement Personal & Business Coach Corrine Clement (LV74) is the President and COO of ChoiceCenter and a marketing and communications consultant for MGM Resorts Hospitality. Corrine is a graduate of St. Mary's College of California, and holds a B.A. degree in Political Science with a Minor in Communications. Corrine joined ChoiceCenter after spending 11 years as Executive Director of Marketing, Communication, and Partnership Development at MGM Grand, and overseeing communications for 39,000 employees at MGM Grand Resorts properties. During her career with MGM Resorts International, she was responsible for generating international business press; employment branding; managing executive-level communications; launching an internal television station; creating marketing dashboards; developing partnerships with Fortune 500 companies; and promoting the “maximum Vegas” brand. Corrine was responsible for MGM Grand being recognized as a best-managed company. Her public relations outreach resulted in the property’s turnaround story appearing in numerous books and business magazines, and the property winning the prestigious Best Place to Work award in Nevada for 3 consecutive years. In her role as COO, Corrine is responsible for the daily operations of the Center and all branding and marketing. She also wrote and designed ChoiceCenter's website.
	Lori Benak Personal & Business Coach Coach Lori Benak (LV38) is a spa and fitness center business owner who lives in Monterey, California, with her husband, Chris, and two daughters. With a degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and an MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Lori brings a host of academic and entrepreneurial experience to the clients she serves as a certified Personal & Business Coach for ChoiceCenter. For the past 28 years, Lori has focused her business education and expertise on the field of health and wellness. Among her additional credentials, Lori is a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant who works with pro athletes and entrepreneurs to condition them for their greatest success. A 2003 graduate of ChoiceCenter's LV38 Leadership program, Lori has been coaching for 5 years and is currently in a rigorous 3-year apprentice program to become a Leadership Development trainer.
	Dale St. Pierre Personal & Business Coach Coach Dale St. Pierre (LV80) is the Director of Financial Reporting for Boyd Gaming where he is accountable for all internal and external financial reporting for the company with $3 billion in annual revenues. A graduate of Stanford University, Dale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and earned his Masters of Business Administration in Accounting from California State University Hayward. During his career in finance, Dale has worked with Fortune 500 companies with up to $12 billion in annual revenues, and has held executive positions in finance with corporations such as Global Cash Access, the Sahara Hotel and Casino, Calpine Corporation, and Volterra Semiconductor Corp. His professional core competencies include financial reporting and cash flow management, financial analysis and budgeting, internal controls and risk management, strategic and financial planning, SEC reporting and compliance, forecasting and modeling, as well as technology enhancements and process improvements. Dale is currently a candidate for his CPA exam with an expected completion in Q2 of 2012.
	Lori Williams Life Coach Coach Lori Williams (LV17) is a business owner and commercial and residential real estate developer who lives in Las Vegas with her husband and ChoiceCenter graduate, Austin (LV9), and their three children. Lori is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and holds a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree in Accounting. Lori holds Real Estate Brokerage licenses in Nevada and Arizona. She is the owner/developer of a master-planned community. The development includes commercial property, parks and recreation, and renewable energy. A Real Estate Agent/Realtor since 1993, Lori also has extensive experience negotiating sales, purchase and lease agreements, and performs asset management and financial analysis as needed. Lori’s resume includes work at Deloitte & Touche LLP, Swecker & Co. CPA’s, Kaufman and Broad, and as a “Rockette” in The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, among others. A 2001 graduate of ChoiceCenter’s LV17 Leadership program, Lori met her husband, Austin (LV9) while attending Choice workshops.
